Restaurant Margo, an Italian trattoria in the heart of Vesterbro.

A classic Italian, buzzing atmosphere in the restaurant, fast-paced service with an open kitchen, and a great vibe among our guests and staff.

ABOUT THE JOB

You'll run your own station during service — from mise en place to execution and clean-up — working closely with our head chef and sous chef.

• Prepare and execute dishes according to Margo's recipes and standards

• Take full ownership of your own station during service

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

• Support the rest of the team when things get busy

• Help give new colleagues a good start

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience from a professional kitchen — if you've just finished your training, you're also welcome to apply

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• An interest in Italian food that goes beyond the basics

• Pulls your weight and helps others do the same

• Shows up on time and does the job properly
