Your Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate cleaning staff

• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction

• Train and guide new employees

• Plan shifts and coordinate daily tasks

• Handle customer contact and quality checks

• Support new customer start-ups

• Solve unexpected challenges in a flexible and professional way

• Structured and able to keep an overview

• Comfortable working in a busy environment

• Motivated to develop as a leader

• Holding a Category B driving licence
