Freelance Event Support - JABARI Careers Social

Want hands-on experience helping run a major careers event in central London?

We're looking for a small team to support Jabari's Annual Careers Social, a day event bringing together early-career talent and hiring teams from brands like: Arsenal, Red Bull, THE·TEAM, Croud, CAA, Mondelez and Wimbledon.

You'll be part of the team making the day run smoothly, from setup through to the final wrap-up.

What you'll be doing:

• Helping with room setup - stage, registration desk, stand layout and signage

• Running registration - checking guests in via online registration forms (and paper backup if needed)

• Supporting structured networking - helping guide attendees between employer stands

• General on-the-day support for the events team and employer partners

🕘 1:00pm – 5:00pm
👥 5 spots available
⏰ Deadline: September 30th 2026.

What you get:

• £80 for the shift
