International Construction Manager Wanted at DK TØMRER

Do you have an international degree in construction management, architectural technology, civil engineering, building engineering, or a related field – and are you looking to develop your career in the Danish construction industry?

DK TØMRER is looking for a motivated and well-organised International Construction Manager to help manage and coordinate our construction projects across Zealand.

We are a growing construction company working on both large-scale contracts and ongoing construction and renovation projects. We are therefore looking for someone who can help ensure structure, quality, coordination, and progress across our construction sites.

Your Responsibilities

As a Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Daily coordination and follow-up on construction sites

• Planning and coordination of employees and subcontractors

• Quality assurance and photographic documentation

• Monitoring schedules, deadlines, and project progress

• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries

• Communicating with project managers, main contractors, and other project partners

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and other project documentation

• Registering and managing additional works and variations

• Participating in construction and project meetings

• Monitoring health and safety, quality standards, and site safety

About You

We are looking for someone with a degree in Construction Management, Architectural Technology and Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a similar field, preferably obtained outside Denmark.

For us, the most important thing is not where you obtained your education, but that you have a solid understanding of construction, are willing to take responsibility, and are motivated to learn and develop within the Danish construction industry.

You work in a structured manner, are able to maintain an overview in a busy construction-site environment, and communicate effectively with both tradespeople and project management.

The ability to communicate in English is important. Danish language skills are an advantage, but Danish does not need to be your native language.
