Kitchen Employee / Cook for Indian Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Employee / Cook to join an Indian restaurant in Denmark.

The restaurant specialises in Indian cuisine, and previous professional experience with Indian food is required.

Your Tasks

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing vegetables, meat, sauces, and other ingredients

• Preparing and cooking Indian dishes

• Working with traditional Indian spices, recipes, and cooking methods

• Preparing food for daily service

• Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation

• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

• Following hygiene and food safety procedures

• Cooperating with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Requirements

• Previous professional experience with Indian cuisine is required

• Experience working in a restaurant or professional kitchen

• Good understanding of Indian ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and responsible approach to work

• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment

• Focus on hygiene, quality, and organisation

Salary

Salary depends on your experience and qualifications:

• From DKK 130 per hour up to 180 DKK

Accommodation

Accommodation can be arranged for approximately DKK 3,000 per month.
