For this well-managed farm, which has been under the same ownership for 25 years, we are looking for an experienced employee to join the nursery unit.

About the Farm

The farm consists of:

• 1,300 sows
• Gilts (replacement breeding stock)
• Nursery pigs
• Production of 30 kg pigs for sale

The farm specializes in pig production and focuses on maintaining high standards of animal welfare, productivity, and efficient herd management. The facilities are well maintained and designed to support a modern and professional working environment.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will include:

• Daily inspection of pigs
• Sorting animals
• Selecting pigs for sale
• Vaccinations
• Monitoring animal health and welfare
• Other tasks within the nursery unit

We Expect That You

• Have experience in pig production
• Can communicate in English
• Are reliable and responsible
• Have a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Enjoy working in an international environment
• Can work independently and take responsibility

A driver's license is not required.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 15:00
• Two daily breaks of 30 minutes each
• Work every second weekend

Accommodation

Accommodation is available just 1 km from the farm.

The house has been newly renovated and is offered at a reasonable rental rate.
