Outbound Coordinator at SkatePro – lead a team of 30

Do you want to lead from the front and take responsibility for a team? Then this could be the job for you. We are looking for an outbound coordinator who wants to take charge of a team of 30 colleagues in picking and packing and set the direction and pace every day. You don't need leadership experience. You need the drive, the will and the courage to step up.

THE POSITION

As outbound coordinator, you are responsible for keeping outbound running day to day. You allocate and coordinate people in picking and packing, so we hit our KPIs and our customers all over Europe get their parcels on time. The outbound team consists of around 30 people, and during peak season several temps and interns join us. You report directly to our warehouse manager.

Your main tasks:

• Allocate and coordinate resources in picking and packing throughout the day

• Make sure parcels are shipped on time

• Follow up on KPIs and keep productivity high

• Motivate the team and set the direction and pace, also when things get busy

• Manage extra staff during peak season (Black Friday and Christmas)

The position is permanent and full-time, and you work daytime hours Monday to Friday.
