Production Assistant – Handmade Porcelain Studio in Glostrup

Do you like working with your hands and seeing the result of your work every day? MK STUDIO is looking for a new colleague for our workshop.

About us

MK STUDIO makes handmade porcelain cups, plates, bowls and coffee drippers in Glostrup. Our pieces are used in cafés and coffee bars across Denmark, Europe and Asia. We are a small team of seven, with short lines and a good atmosphere in the workshop.

The job

You will be part of the daily production and help bring our porcelain from raw material to finished piece:

• Glazing cups, plates and bowls

• Loading and unloading our kilns

• Mixing glazes and porcelain from our recipes

• Finishing cast pieces

• Helping with packing when orders pile up

You'll learn how handmade porcelain is produced, step by step, and become a key part of a small team.

We are looking for someone who

• Is careful with details and takes pride in good work

• Is reliable and likes a steady work routine

• Is fine with physical work (lifting up to 20 kg, standing during the day)

• Speaks English (Danish is a plus)

• Lives in Denmark and has the right to work here

Experience from ceramics or production work is a plus, but not a requirement – we train you.

We offer

• 150 DKK/hour plus holiday pay

• Minimum 32 hours a week guaranteed, Monday–Friday

• Full training in the workshop

• Pay review after 6 months based on your development
