PRODUCTION OPERATOR – ROLLING & AUTOMATIC WELDING

Rolling and longitudinal seam welding

About the position

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our production team. You will work with rolling of metal components and operation of an automatic longitudinal seam welding machine. You do not need to be a qualified welder or have a formal vocational education. The most important things are a good technical understanding, a willingness to learn, attention to quality and the ability to work safely and responsibly.

Your main responsibilities

Ø  Operate rolling machines and production equipment.

Ø  Operate and monitor an automatic longitudinal seam welding machine.

Ø  Set up and make minor adjustments to machines and equipment.

Ø  Monitor the production process and ensure stable production.

Ø  Carry out basic dimensional and visual quality checks.

Ø  Identify deviations and report problems to the team leader or supervisor.

Ø  Keep your workplace clean, organized and safe.

Ø  Follow company procedures for quality, safety and production.

What we are looking for

You do not need to be formally trained as a welder or have a vocational qualification. We are looking for someone who:

Ø  Has experience from manufacturing, metalworking, machine operation or a similar production environment – experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Ø  Has a good technical understanding and enjoys working with machines.

Ø  Is practical, reliable and willing to learn.

Ø  Can work independently but also contributes positively to the team.

Ø  Has a strong focus on quality and safety.

Ø  Is comfortable with repetitive production tasks and physical work.

Ø  Can understand basic instructions, measurements and simple technical information.

Ø  Is able to communicate in English. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

Training and introduction

Full training will be provided. You will receive a structured introduction to the machines, production processes, quality requirements and safety procedures. Previous experience with automatic welding or rolling is therefore not essential.
