Restaurant Manager

Sushi Mura is looking for 2 Restaurant Managers. We expect you have some years of experience from restaurant industry. It is an advantage if you have working experience in operation and marketing from sushi restaurants. 

Your responsibilities are

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory, scheduling, and service quality.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue (e.g. social media, promotions, events).

• Ensure high standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with chefs, waiter/waitress and optimize workflows.

• Communicate with customers and handle requests from customers.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and knowledge of marketing tool/social media platforms. It is important that you can work independently and also in a team. We also expect that you are flexible and reliable. You can stay calm in a busy day.
