About us

At Danske Spil, we work with games, dreams and entertainment – and our profits go to sports and voluntary associations. In BDI, Business Development & Innovation, we develop new gaming products that go beyond the traditional. We test fast, learn and fail.

You will be exposed to the entire value chain: from idea to launch to sales optimization. Here, success is measured by what we bring to market – not by the number of ideas.

Your role

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help us take new gaming products from idea to market – supporting sales, developing commercial materials and spotting opportunities along the way, both internally and externally, and in a B2B and B2C context.

What you will be doing
  • Supporting the innovation process: brainstorming, product development and launches

  • Supporting the sale of new gaming products, internally and externally, and optimising the sales and marketing process

  • Developing sales pitches and other sales materials

  • Conducting competitor analyses and market research

  • Analysing sales and user data to assess the commercial performance of our products, plus various administrative tasks

Who are you?

You have more than a year left of your studies and a commercial mindset. You are structured and curious, you thrive in uncertainty, and you are not afraid to ask questions along the way.

  • You think commercially and understand the sales process and customer value

  • You have a salesperson’s DNA – you can pitch an idea convincingly and get people on board

  • You are structured and can juggle several tasks at once

  • You are passionate about innovation and sales

  • You have experience with digital tools and AI

Preferred fields of study
  • Tech/AI with a business focus

  • Management & Strategy (e.g. CBS Management Consulting)

  • Business Development / Innovation

  • Sales and Customer Relations

  • Business Administration or Marketing with a sales focus

Practical details

The hourly wage is DKK 174 as a bachelor’s student and DKK 179 as a master’s student on weekdays. The expected working time is 12–16 hours per week. Your working hours are agreed with your closest manager, but we know that your studies come first, so we will of course take exam periods into account.

We read applications on an ongoing basis, but the deadline to apply is 26 November 2026. If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Jesper Kildegaard, Head of Innovation, at [email protected]. If you have questions about the recruitment process, you are welcome to contact HR Business Partner Majbritt Storm Lindegaard at [email protected].
